Dear Vendor,

Central Illinois SGNA invites you to participate in our spring conference, “Voices in GI”. This exciting event takes place on February 27th, 2010 at Carle Hospital Forum building in Urbana, IL. Cost of a vendor booth is $500.00. This entitles vendor to one table with cloth and skirt, interaction with GI nurses and Associates, breakfast and lunch. Vendor space is limited to 20 booths with space reserved on receipt of vendor fee. Floor displays are discouraged due to space limitations.

Vendor booths will be located on the main level of the Forum building. You may set up on Friday, Feb. 26th between 5 and 7 pm or early morning on Saturday, Feb. 27th. Please have set-up completed by 7am. You may unload in the Park street circle drive outside the Forum building and park in the garage adjacent to the circle drive. You’re parking will be paid the day of the conference.

You are invited to stay for lunch and socialize with the attendees. Booths may be dismantled after the morning break. Please complete enclosed Vendor Registration Form and specify vendor needs. There are educational sponsorship opportunities available. Educational grants in addition to vendor fee will be greatly appreciated. Return vendor registration form to Annett Schmit by January 30th, 2010.
